Colorful Beach Umbrellas
By Michael Weiner
I want to welcome you to my first video for the artproject52.com this is where I will be designing making and showing you want went into each piece of art that I make.
I primarily work in fuse glass and metal but for Art Project 52 I’ll be experimenting with many different mediums this project on my view of beach umbrella.
This first week of 2015 starts a new year and I’m going to try many things out in my art.
This week I’m going to shake it up a bit so I invite you to stick around and see the result
This project takes place on my last vacation in 2014
I went on the Disney cruise with my wife and visited quite a few islands but the last island we visited was Disney’s own island castaway Key.
We spent the day at the adult only beach and had a wonderful time the sun was very strong so we use plenty of sunscreen and found two very comfortable beach chairs. That were under some very colorful beach umbrella when I looked up all I saw was a very blue sky and so many very colorful beach umbrella I had to take out my phone and took quite a few photos one after another, the colors the shapes the designs they created we’re so wonderful
When I arrived home I went through them and I wanted to see how I could take the original photos and change the look so each one had its own character.
See if you can see which photos were the originals. There are only three… just sit back and enjoy.
So I hope you enjoyed this, my first project of Art project 52.
The next project I’m going back to what I love… glass and metal.
This project is one of my favorites just a quick hint think Christian Louboutin Stiletto high heels!
